چکیده
Rapid development in the field of ferroelectric and magnetic materials has attracted much interest past decade. The underlying mechanisms fundamental phenomenon phase transitions these are extremely important understanding their physical properties potential technological applications. Therefore, it is vital for advancement high-resolution versatile imaging techniques that enable high-throughput nano-scale characterization nano-crystals electronic devices. X-ray based such as Bragg coherent x-ray diffractive (CXDI) been one dominant nondestructive tools with refraction sensitivities provide quantitative information bulk crystals associated nano-devices. In this review, we will focus on recent developments using CXDI at state-of-art endstations synchrotron radiation facilities worldwide to understand structures structural transition complex materials. We also present our perspectives opportunities challenges characterization.

Coherent X-ray diffractive imaging: applications and limitations.
The inversion of a diffraction pattern offers aberration-free diffraction-limited 3D images without the resolution and depth-of-field limitations of lens-based tomographic systems, the only limitation being radiation damage. We review our experimental results, discuss the fundamental limits of this technique and future plans.
متن کاملCoherent X-ray diffractive imaging of protein crystals.
The technique of coherent X-ray diffraction imaging (CXDI) has recently shown great promise for the study of inorganic nanocrystals. In this work the CXDI method has been applied to the study of micrometer-size protein crystals. Finely sampled diffraction patterns of single crystals were measured and iterative phase-retrieval algorithms were used to reconstruct the two-dimensional shape of the ...
متن کاملDiffractive imaging of nonperiodic materials with future coherent X-ray sources.
Coherent diffractive imaging using a coherent X-ray source promises to be a useful microscopic method for imaging noncrystalline objects at high spatial resolution. In this article a simple method to estimate the coherently scattered signal as a function of resolution is presented, and it is shown that the required X-ray flux or dose scales as the inverse third power of resolution for a specime...

متن کاملPtychographic coherent x-ray diffractive imaging in the water window.
Coherent x-ray diffractive microscopy enables full reconstruction of the complex transmission function of an isolated object to diffraction-limited resolution without relying on any optical elements between the sample and detector. In combination with ptychography, also specimens of unlimited lateral extension can be imaged. Here we report on an application of ptychographic coherent diffractive...
